Her career has taken her across Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, and the United Kingdom, where she has worked in both agency and in-house recruitment, managing end-to-end hiring for roles from entry-level through to senior positions.

With a background in Psychology, she brings empathy, strong listening skills, and behavioral insight into every hiring decision. Her early experiences also gives her a deeper understanding of people processes beyond recruitment, allowing her to see the bigger picture for both candidates and businesses.
At her core, Jessica is passionate about helping people find opportunities where they can grow, feel valued, and succeed while helping organizations build strong, capable teams. She’s a proud furmom and loves spending her free time walking and playing with her dogs – her favorite way to relax and recharge.
