The rules, in plain English
- We pay the referral reward when your referral starts in a role we placed them into
- Your referral must be new to us at the time you submit the referral
- We can only pay one referrer per referred person
- If we already have an active relationship with the candidate, the referral won’t be eligible
- We may ask for a quick check if there’s a duplicate referral
