While our business may be young, our Founder has been guiding businesses within the mortgage broking, aggregation, financial planning and retail and third party banking sectors since 2010. It is Roland’s passion to build creative recruitment strategies and efficient processes that deliver better candidates in less time. After 6 years of successfully working for other corporations, Roland created Platinum People Group to help SME businesses get ahead.
Roland loves meeting and getting to know new people. It is this passion that led him to recruitment almost 9 years ago.
Outside the office Roland enjoys a hit of tennis, searching for new brunch venues, drinking coffee and watching the mighty Bombers.
